To make your holiday preparations as easy as possible for you we have already put together the most important information for your holiday at the 4-star hotel in Dienten on the Hochkönig as: perfect preparation is already half the holiday!
Arrival and departure:
You can occupy your room from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival and we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure. We hope you understand that your room will be allocated to you based on the room category you booked and not on the room number you might want.
Deposit:
Your reservation is binding and guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of € 300 per room (€ 200 in summer). Please transfer this amount without any charges to our account at Salzburger Sparkasse AG IBAN: AT25 20404 01600160010, BIC: SBGSAT2SXXX
When booking packages and deals:
All our package prices are per person for the package including the specified services plus local tax of € 2.- per person and night (aged 15 and above). Any services not used do not reduce the package price and cannot be exchanged. Other room categories, weekly packages and single occupancy on request/upon availability.
Methods of payment:
We welcome cash, bank debit card, EC card and MasterCard.
Cancellations:
In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend an insurance with the European travel cancellation insurance.

Booking conditions and cancellation:
The Austrian right of cancellation according to §18 Abs. 1 z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead of that
the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply to your booking and a possible cancellation:
Up to 2 weeks before departure, you can cancel with us free of charge.
Still expiration of this date we must charge you in case of a cancellation the following cancellation costs:
- 2 weeks before the arrival date 70% of the booked service
- within the last week before arrival 90% of the booked service
In case of late arrival or early departure we have to charge the total amount of the services
the total amount of the booked services.

Pets:
Your little pet is welcome at Hotel Mitterwirt. We hope you understand that pets are not permitted in the wellness complex and in dining areas. We charge €12.00 per animal and day without food.
Ski depot at the Dienten ski centre:
The ski depot offers enough space for 2 pairs of skis, ski poles and ski boots.
A special helmet holder for 2 helmets is fitted above the boots. In addition, the cupboard is equipped with a glove drying system for 2 persons.
Price on request.
Parking:
You can park your car in the garage for €8.00 per vehicle/per day.
Reductions:
If you book bed and breakfast we give you a reduction of €10.00 per person and night off the room price.
