Things to know about your holiday at the Hochkönig

To make your holiday preparations as easy as possible, we have already compiled the most important information for your holiday at the 4-star hotel in Dienten am Hochkönig, because: Perfect preparation is half the battle!

Arrival and departure:

Check-In: 15:00 bis 20:30 Uhr
Check-Out: 08:00 bis 11:00 Uhr
Please note that your room will be allocated according to the room category you have booked and not according to any room preferences you may have.

Deposit:

Your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the required deposit per room. We would ask you to make the deposit conveniently via the payment link provided in your booking confirmation.

When booking packages and deals:

All our package prices are per person for the package including the specified services, plus local tax per person per night (from 15 years of age, including mobility fee).
Services not used do not reduce the package price and cannot be exchanged. Additional room categories, weekly packages and single occupancy are available on request/subject to availability. Package deals, special offers and discounts cannot be combined.

Payment methods:

We accept cash, debit cards, EC cards and Mastercard.

Booking conditions and cancellation:

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival
  • from 20 days before arrival 50% of the total stay
  • from 7 days before arrival 70% of the total stay
  • On the day of arrival, in case of no-show, early departure or interim departure, 100% of the total stay.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out insurance with the European Travel Insurance. Our prices are per person per night and include all Mitterwirt Verwöhn Leistungen (spoiling services). Plus local tax per person per night (from 15 years of age, including mobility fee).

Discounts:

When booking bed and breakfast, we offer a discount of €10.00 per person per night on the room rate.

Please note: If dinner is booked separately on arrival, a higher surcharge will apply, depending on the menu selected.

Parking:

You can Park your car for € 15.00 per vehicle/per day in the Garage.

Winter only –
Ski storage at the Dienten Ski Centre:

The ski storage offers enough space for 2 pairs of skis, poles and ski boots.

A special helmet holder for 2 helmets is located above the boots. The locker is also equipped with a glove dryer for 2 people.

Pets:

Your little darling is very welcome at the Hotel Mitterwirt. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the wellness area or in the restaurant. We charge €20 per pet per day, excluding food.
